When it comes to celebrating Chinese New Year, Sichuan Kitchen doesn’t hold back. Highlights from Chef Justin Song’s Spice of Prosperity menu series—which he heads up—include stir-fried black pepper wagyu beef, Red Fortune Sichuan spicy chicken, and a fragrant mala broth—all of which are typical regional dishes from Sichuan.
A full-course Chinese New Year set menu costs MYR 258 nett, while a hot pot buffet costs MYR 238 nett.
