Ramadan is a time when families and friends come together to break their fast and reconnect.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Malaysia is celebrating this tradition this year with its Fes-table of Berkat, a seasonal campaign that focuses on togetherness through food, drinks, and shared experiences.

As part of the brand’s year-long Fes-table celebration, the newest chapter features a special Ramadan menu Malaysia that is inspired by local flavors and holiday favorites.

A Holiday Menu Based on Malaysian Flavors

The Fes-table of Berkat menu mixes Malaysian flavors you know with creative café-style twists. The goal is clear. During the Raya season, serve comforting food and drinks that go well with iftar gatherings, late-night moreh sessions, or casual get-togethers.

The seasonal menu has drinks that are refreshing, meals that are filling, and desserts that are sweet. These are all flavors that many Malaysians grew up with.

Ice Blended® Drinks for a Limited Time

Two new drinks are at the top of the holiday list.

  • Matcha Hazelnut Ice Blended with Kurma mixes the earthy flavor of matcha with the natural sweetness of dates and the creamy flavor of hazelnuts. The plant-based drink is a smooth choice for iftar or late-night snacks.
  • Chocolate Banoffee Ice Blended is a rich dessert drink that mixes caramelized banana and chocolate.

The Ready Brew Bandung Lychee drink is another old favorite that is back. Rose syrup, milk, and lychee make a cool drink that is a new take on the old Malaysian bandung.

Local Food With a Creative Touch

The Ramadan menu in Malaysia also has savory dishes based on well-known local foods.

Some of the best things are

  • Nasi Lemak Burger with sambal bilis, a fried egg, and rice patties made with pandan leaves
  • Ayam Percik Pizza with grilled chicken and a sauce called percik on top
  • Black Pepper Chicken Sandwich
  • Salad with shrimp chips

During Ramadan nights, these meals are meant to be eaten casually and shared with family and friends.

Sweet Treats for Holiday Parties

Desserts are also a big part of the seasonal menu. Some of the best choices are

  • Brown sugar and dates are used to make Walnut Kurma Cake.
  • Mango Pulut Hitam Cake with layers of coconut and pandan sponge flavors
  • Pandan Coconut Cake for Two with gula melaka crème on top

These sweets go well with coffee or tea during visits during Raya or after iftar.

A Collaboration Based on Tradition

There is also a partnership between CBTL Malaysia and the local fashion brand brïk as part of the campaign.

They worked together to create the Everbloom collection, which honors traditional culture with modern lifestyle items. The limited edition items include embroidered bags, a pocket bag collection, and special Raya envelopes available during the promotion period.

The designs on the festive takeaway cups are inspired by Malaysian culture and tradition and look like floral patchwork.
