Online scams are rising in Malaysia, with 47,854 cases reported in 2025 resulting in RM1.92 billion in losses. ShopeePay offers two options which is a Basic Plan starting at RM1.40 per month (first month free) and a VIP Plan at RM4.90 per month. Both plans are available for Malaysians ages 18 and above, with different monthly claim limits depending on the plan.
